What is nutrition coaching?

 Nutrition coaching provides structure, support, and accountability as you navigate the changes that come with the many changes of a women's life. It’s not about rigid meal plans, it’s about learning how to fuel your body in a way that supports your hormones, energy, and overall well-being. 

Menopause Coaching

 Menopause coaching helps women navigate perimenopause and menopause with personalized support around all aspects of life. The goal is to reduce symptoms, build strength, and help women feel confident and in control during this transition, I'll be in your corner supporting you every step!

What is included?

 After our first meeting, during the month you will receive  the following:

✓ Weekly check-ins and habit tracking
✓ Monthly strategy calls
✓ Ongoing support from me directly
✓ A completely customized approach to your nutrition and fitness goals
