Since a young age, being active and healthy has been extremely important to me. Fitness has always remained a focal point in my life because of how it makes me feel, not only on the outside, but on the inside as well. Before I became a personal trainer I worked in the physical therapy field for more than 6 years, which gave me excellent skills and knowledge in the fitness field, including pelvic floor strengthening.
I want you to feel strong and confident from the inside out, and empower you to love fitness. This means taking an individualized approach, because one size does not fit all. It is not just about how you look on the outside, but how you feel on the inside that can have even more of a positive effect on your health and well-being. That's my goal.
